Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Programs and Enablement Manager (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to execute customer event promotion programs and design optimal packages for creators
• Expand existing programs and develop new ones based on creator trends and business needs
• Manage program targets, reporting, and accountability for program success

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in marketing or sales with a focus on B2B customers
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Proficiency with Google suite and familiarity with project management tools like Asana
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and data-driven insights
• Understanding of digital marketing and online marketplaces is a strong plus
