Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Systems Designer - PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process and the ADDIE model to develop curriculum and training materials
  • Conduct evaluations and ensure alignment between job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items
  • Act as the Program Manager, guiding staff and maintaining communication with the government client
Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to undergo a background investigation and/or obtain a security clearance
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or Instructional Design from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five years of experience as an Instructional Systems Designer in training development for a government agency
