Clinical Placement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Placement Partner Manager to identify, engage, and secure clinical rotation opportunities for healthcare students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at clinical sites and negotiate partnership agreements
• Track partnership performance and maintain accurate records of partner interactions and placement outcomes
• Act as a liaison between clinical partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on program requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in partnership development or clinical placement coordination, preferably in healthcare or education
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of contracts and legal terminology
• Knowledge of clinical education environments and healthcare compliance standards is a plus
