Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with prospective students to match their needs with college offerings
• Maintain consistent contact with prospective students, providing high-level customer service
• Document all student interactions and adhere to company policies and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of enrollment experience
• Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Campus Management products is strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
