Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Assessments Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate assessments for training programs
• Create evaluation instruments to measure learning outcomes and competency attainment
• Ensure compliance with federal accessibility standards and psychometric best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field with 7+ years of assessment development experience
• Experience developing assessments that comply with federal accessibility standards (Section 508, ADA)
• Knowledge of psychometric principles, validity testing, and federal testing standards
• Experience with assessment platforms used in government training environments
• Certification in assessment development (CPLP, CAP, or equivalent) and adult learning evaluation methods
