HR Payroll Specialist, France

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Representative for France and Benelux.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws across France and Benelux
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and oversee French payroll activities in collaboration with external providers
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll-related questions, maintaining personnel files and supporting compliance checks
Required Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles and local employment laws, particularly in France and Benelux
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or Payroll-HR Coordinator in France
  • Demonstrated experience with French payroll providers, including input and compliance checks
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
