Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the growth strategy across performance marketing to scale customer acquisition
• Set and manage acquisition targets, forecast performance, and optimize ROI across channels
• Build and manage a high-velocity experimentation loop to test creative and audience segments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, particularly in paid social and paid search
• Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Experience in customer acquisition strategy and execution, ideally in a B2B context
• Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey design
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on experimentation and learning
