Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Engineering to lead their Americas Sales Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of Sales Engineers across the Americas, fostering a high-performance culture
• Align the Sales Engineering team with regional GTM and Marketing plans, managing technical opportunities and escalations
• Implement demonstration methodologies and ensure tailored, value-driven demos for various sales stages

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales roles, with 5+ years in Sales Engineering leadership
• Experience in DevSecOps, Application Lifecycle, or Enterprise SaaS environments
• Familiarity with complex enterprise accounts and regulated industries
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery toolchains and agile security practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
