Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales/Business Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of BDRs/Inside Sales Reps to exceed outreach and lead generation KPIs
• Monitor and support daily workflows, including outbound calls, emails, and demo scheduling
• Track individual and team metrics, provide feedback, and support reps in achieving goals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar sales environment
• 2+ years of management experience
• Prior experience mentoring or supporting teammates strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Outreach)
• Comfortable with data and performance tracking
