Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of Sales Engineers across the Americas
• Align the Sales Engineering team with regional GTM and Marketing plans to drive revenue growth
• Implement and refine demonstration methodologies to enhance technical sales engagement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales roles, with 5+ years in Sales Engineering leadership
• Proven success in DevSecOps, Application Lifecycle, or Enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience with complex enterprise accounts and regulated industries
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery toolchain and agile security practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
