Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a full-time SDR, phone setter, or appointment-setting role
• Background in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or digital programs
• Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close.io, Hubspot)
• Consistent availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST)
• Proven ability to manage high lead volume and meet booking targets
