Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Excellence Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly and quarterly forecast reviews, ensuring accuracy and opportunity acceleration
  • Define and track key sales performance KPIs and champion sales adoption of various initiatives
  • Partner with Enablement and Marketing to operationalize field readiness and promote consistent value messaging


Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or GTM strategy
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact
  • Deep experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance management
  • Direct field or inside sales experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
