Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of licensed agencies and agents selling health insurance products
• Develop and execute customized engagement strategies to enhance agent production and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth campaigns, training sessions, and process optimizations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or insurance operations, preferably in a B2B distribution model
• Strong understanding of individual health insurance markets, especially under-65
• Experience with health insurance brokers, agencies, or uplines in a production-focused role
• Familiarity with enrollment platforms such as E123 or HealthSherpa
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
