A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Analyst to join their Go-To-Market team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with the product team on experiments, analyzing financial impacts and making go/no-go recommendations
• Build scalable reporting frameworks to monitor key performance indicators and drive financial planning in partnership with Finance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, data analytics, or FP&A in a product-led environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including dynamic modeling and complex formulas
• Moderate SQL proficiency for data exploration and insight derivation
• Strong financial and business acumen to connect performance metrics with strategic outcomes
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively
