Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-impact initiatives including process implementations and tool migrations
• Assist in managing operational aspects of variable compensation and liaise with Finance for accurate payouts
• Ensure data quality across GTM systems and analyze sales data to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM-focused role within SaaS or Healthcare tech
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience supporting compensation planning and sales performance analysis
• Strong analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
