A company is looking for a Tax Preparer REMOTE (Weekend Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via video, phone, and chat for tax return inquiries
• Create excellent customer experiences through expertise in tax preparation
• Document all customer interactions and resolve problems promptly

Required Qualifications

• Active PTIN and 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns
• Strong technical skills in professional tax software and Microsoft 365
• Access to a dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
