Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Expert (Weekends Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via video, phone, and chat for tax-related inquiries
• Create an excellent customer experience through tax preparation expertise
• Document all customer interactions accurately and resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Must be an actively credentialed Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
• Minimum of 2 seasons of professional tax preparation experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, particularly on weekends and Mondays
• Access to a personal computer in addition to provided equipment
• Commitment to work through the end of the standard tax season (April 15, 2026)
