Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Private Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate financial statements and prepare quarterly fund reporting packages
• Assist with investor services and respond to investor requests and reports
• Support the preparation of financial reports and manage data input in reporting systems

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years of experience in industry or public accounting, preferably in real estate
• Experience with private fund reporting is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working toward CPA license
• Experience with Yardi software and Workiva is preferred
