Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (preferably at a premium brand)
• 1+ years of experience building customer relationships and resolving complaints
• 1+ years of experience identifying and solving customer issues collaboratively
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
