Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented Adjuster - Remote (MST/PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex, represented claims including UM/UIM claims in various accident scenarios
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and make payments to appropriate parties
• Negotiate and settle bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved directly

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in handling complex casualty claims
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
• Ability to work independently and confidently in investigations
• Must reside in MST or PST time zones
• Experience in customer service within the claims industry
