Vice President of Renewables

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President - Renewables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the sales pipeline
• Monitor origination activity and contribute to strategic initiatives and product design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in B2C sales
• 4+ years of experience in B2C sales
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is a plus
• Experience in originating or developing within renewables, commercial real estate, or related fields is a plus
