Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing builder accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls to understand dealer needs and present tailored product solutions to drive upselling and cross-selling
• Manage a sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales or account executive roles with full sales cycle responsibility, preferably in the pool industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in managing complex deal cycles
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
