Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists
• Drive process improvements across support functions, quoting, billing, and approvals
• Establish operational metrics and monitor team performance to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales support processes in fast-paced environments
• Experience coaching and developing teams and fostering accountability
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and a hands-on execution approach
