Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager who builds relationships with prospective, new, and inactive partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new partners through outbound calls and emails
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and achieve assigned sales quota

Required Qualifications

• Sales experience is required
• Experience in Telecom, UCaaS, and CPaaS is a plus
• Previous experience with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus
• Strong organization and time management skills are necessary
• Ability to prepare and present sales presentations effectively
