Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Quotes/Purchase Orders/Invoicing/Billing, ensuring project setup, cost validation, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and manage Sales Operations, including revenue forecasting and tracking contractual obligations
• Interact with customers and internal teams to align on project schedules, requirements, and funding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 8 years of financial and operational management experience
• Project Management experience is required
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or sales operations with a regional network operator
• Proficient in MS Office products, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Significant experience with project setup, execution, and financial management of complex business arrangements
