Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts through proactive outreach
• Manage contract renewals and lead negotiations for customer accounts
• Retain and increase revenue while performing business reviews and training with clients

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quota-carrying inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
• Experience with outbound sales motions and full-cycle sales preferred
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a SaaS environment or the construction industry preferred
• Metrics-driven mindset and strong organizational skills
