Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Enablement Manager, Offensive Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize internal campaigns to empower Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute field-facing initiatives that generate qualified interest
• Track opportunity momentum and seller engagement using CRM platforms to drive reporting and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business development, technical sales, or partner enablement in professional services, preferably in cybersecurity
• Working knowledge of generative AI and LLM tools and their application in content creation and productivity
• Proficient with modern CRM/automation platforms and collaboration tools
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to build repeatable systems and use data for decision-making
• Ability to engage with both technical SMEs and outcome-focused sellers
