A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team focused on generating revenue through B2B customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while implementing and tracking best practices
• Provide direction and leadership to sales professionals in developing and closing sales opportunities
• Identify sales growth opportunities and market challenges, developing and implementing innovative action plans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising experience in account management and/or business development
• 1+ years of experience in people management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
