Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement & Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update learning paths for new hires in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinate training events and track employee training activities and certifications
• Gather data and feedback on program engagement and create reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Enablement
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Experience with AI in training and project management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
