Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored enablement solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Build collaborative relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to enhance productivity and impact
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement leading initiatives
  • Proven track record in building and delivering training programs that drive business results
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering at VP-level and above
  • Experience with enabling brand direct sales teams
  • Working knowledge of leading enablement tools and platforms
