Key Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel activity through outbound prospecting using various channels to reach HR and benefits leaders
• Craft hyper-personalized outreach aligned with employer goals and challenges
• Qualify leads and set meetings for Account Executives by identifying decision-makers and uncovering business pain

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or prospecting experience in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Data-driven mindset with a habit of tracking performance and iterating for improvement
• Growth-oriented with a desire to learn and take feedback
