Job Summary

A company is looking for a RVP, Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of large self-insured employers through health plan executives
  • Build relationships with health plan account executives and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits sales
  • Proven success selling to self-funded employers or health plans
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payers and brokers
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
