A company is looking for a Vice President, Consumer Direct Loan Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Consumer Direct Loan Sales team to meet production and revenue goals
• Coach and develop sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Monitor daily sales activity and analyze performance metrics for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in consumer direct lending, preferably in mortgage or personal loans
• Demonstrated ability to coach and scale sales teams effectively
• Prior VP-level experience in consumer direct lending environments is preferred
• Familiarity with call center technologies is a plus
• Track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence
