Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Partner Manager, Issuing & Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk-focused initiatives in collaboration with global financial partners to foster new business opportunities and innovate on shared risk methodologies
• Oversee and maintain relationships with key risk counterparts at partner banks while managing projects that support strong partner relationships regarding risk
• Act as a representative and negotiator of the company's risk approach to banking partners, delivering business and policy recommendations that inform risk posture

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a risk-related role at a bank or fintech with a focus on card issuing programs and credit/lending products
• Deep knowledge of risk and compliance topics related to these products
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate difficult situations and influence stakeholders across organizations
• First-hand experience in risk management within a bank or fintech environment
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in uncertain and ambiguous environments
