Risk Adjustment Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Project Lead-HCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist manager in monitoring project timelines and deliverables
• Review auditor and coder's work for accuracy of ICD-10-CM codes
• Train new staff on Risk Adjustment guidelines and processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Risk Adjustment coding and/or auditing experience
• Extensive experience with ICD-10-CM coding and auditing
• Certification as a CRC; CPMA preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and EMR systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
