Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III & Jr. PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of business analysts and execution team members
• Manages multiple projects in an agile environment and facilitates cross-functional teams
• Develops business requirements documents and supports the delivery of business solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science preferred; 10 years relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Five to seven years of data analysis or project management experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Experience working with developers, project managers, and quality assurance managers preferred
• Strong proficiency in SQL and related tools; knowledge of SDLC concepts and methodologies
