Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Pharmacy Tech (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide professional phone assistance through a criteria-based prior authorization process
  • Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all prior authorization approvals and denials
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare or social services
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet utilization
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
