Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Member Service Specialist Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate to the appropriate team member
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
