Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Deal Desk processes and oversee the Lead to Order process in the CRM
• Facilitate approval of complex deals and ensure high-quality use of CRM by all users
• Establish key metrics for quoting, order processing, and customer success, and support data hygiene efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-4 years of sales operations or revenue operations experience
• Experience with contracts, legal clauses, and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of quote-to-order processes; knowledge of SFDC and NetSuite is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
