Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience managing the full sales cycle with a focus on outbound prospecting
• Proven success in closing deals with mid-market customers, with an average contract size of $15,000 ARR
• Experience in the HRTech space, with an understanding of the buyer and competitive landscape
• Expertise in premium solution sales
• Experience in startup environments and a strong motivation to deliver above-quota performance
