Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support the Customer organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer revenue forecasting for retention and expansion
  • Drive expansion pipeline by building performance dashboards and optimizing revenue-generating processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy and execution while monitoring KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in GTM Operations or Strategy (Sales, Marketing, Customer)
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Experience in key GTM strategies and sales methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with BI tools
  • Experience with GTM operations technologies (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
