Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premium Audit Operations Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process audit worksheets for compliance with business rules and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct proactive communication with insureds and agents regarding audit results and billing transitions
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and documenting best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a premium auditor or premium audit reviewer
  • Proven experience with Workers' Compensation regulations
  • Knowledge of NCCI, WCIRB, and PCRB/DCRB rules and regulations
  • Experience with multi-state audit operations preferred
  • Customer service experience in insurance or financial services environments
