A company is looking for a 2nd VP, Customer Service - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives for service delivery to enhance customer loyalty

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-10 years of retirement plan related experience
• 4-7 years of management or leadership experience
