Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Bill Escalation Specialist responsible for initiating the billing process and ensuring compliance with billing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor intake processes and address EDI rejections daily
• Assist colleagues with escalation resolutions and provide feedback on front-end processes
• Request and log missing information from clients and perform special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry and medical billing preferred
• Ability to read and apply state/federal laws and regulations
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic math skills and touch 10 key skills
