Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering information
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdictions in AL, GA, NC, SC, MS, and KY
