Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Representative responsible for assisting members with Government health program applications and improving membership retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries and the completion of Government health program applications to enhance retention
• Build and maintain relationships with members, providing guidance during the recertification process
• Document and track actions taken during the recertification process to ensure accurate member account information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Previous customer service experience
• One to two years of related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
• Proficiency in one or more languages other than English is a plus
