Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide contact center support to clients' Early Out Service patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet production and quality assurance standards for inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist callers with medical billing questions, financial assistance programs, and payment processing while maintaining customer service quality

Required Qualifications
