Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals in healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
• Educate partners about services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
• Manage the enrollment process and meet key enrollment metrics to support underserved communities

Required Qualifications

• Must be physically located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
