Key Responsibilities

• Understand and qualify leads for transfer to the sales team
• Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls from potential customers
• Input data accurately into leads' contact records and maintain a high answer rate

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided

• Availability during weekends is preferred
