• Participate in annual bookings budget planning and manage sales compensation policies
• Oversee Salesforce CRM processes and partner with cross-functional teams for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 6-8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales compensation, or finance
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
